Last year i talked to mark gallardo concerning email blasting. Mark stated he was doing email blast for the usarmy for recruiting, sounded great.
Mark took my $850 and had all kinds of excuses, computers when down, kids in the hospital, etc., for all thereason why he could not complete my order. These excuses went on for a month a half.
Findly i filed a claim in small claim court of boca raton, got a judgement that i do not expect to see the monies.
