I have been contacted by someone from American Credit Educators (ACE) for the last year on a consistent basis. Approximately three times a month I receive a harassing phone call from one of their representatives.
Not only are they rude and obnoxious, but they also do not listen to a word I tell them when I try to explain that I have never purchased anything from their company.
They try to out-talk me or speak in a louder voice to state their case that they have my name and my credit card number on an invoice and that I will regret not paying them off as it will destroy my credit rating, etc.
I, for one, am sick to death of having to go through this month after month after month. One would think that after a few years of this back and forth business, they could take a hint and realize that this is a bogus claim on their part.
Something needs to be done about them and soon.
