Too bad Safeway didn't come through for me.in a cast, using crutches, and unable to drive, I decided to give Safeway online delivery a try. I went through the process of ordering carefully everything I needed, only to have the two rolls of paper towels left off my delivery. What was more disconcerting, when I looked at my receipt, I was charged for three rolls. I called the help number and was refunded the amount on my credit card but was told I would have to reorder and reschedule delivery for the following day (at a cost of 12.00? Delivery fee?) Sorry Safeway, I'll not pay for your "human error" as the cheery phone rep called it.
