Alex Averhoff of Toriatech owes me around over $25,000 in unpaid wages. He is a thief and a big liar.
I was working as contractor in California when I was his employee in 2005. I have default judgement aginst him from Superior Court of California for unpaid wages, punitive damages, a fines totaling $58,000 and having it getting it excuted in the state of Florida.
Just to to make everybody aware, do not do any business with Alex Averhoff. He keeps doing business with different company names. Devan Desai is partner in crime.
He is a thief. My judgement is good for 10 years and accrues 10% interest. Anyway, where he might be hiding, I will not let my hard earned money go away like that. I had devoted my weekends and nights working for the client to make that wage.
Seriously, this guy Alex Averhoff should be in Jail for continuing to committ so many frauds. I will say it loud again, do not work with alex averhoff or devan desai. I recently heard on dice forum that he Devan goes by the name 'Danny' as well.
I have dozens of email where Alex is admitting that he owes me $18,500.. But he never paid even after I filed lawsuite against him. Also, he is a very manipulative guy and tries to get sympathy and buys time telling everybody that his is going to file bankruptcy.
All he is doing is taking advantage of the flexible corporate laws and cheating people by taking their hard earned money. Dev Desai also works with him and and tries to put a nice face before the consultants but he is also a cheater. He told me that he had left Alex Averhoff after Toriatech, but it seems he is back working with him using new company names.
