Water4gas-not getting results claimed-stoped sending me web books I paid for - trying to get me to pay for it again SUNLAND CALIFORNIA

I paid $97 for the guys water4gas internet books, through clickbank.
I'am not getting the gas milage improvement results as claimed and he's not giving me any replys for technical assistance like he claimed.
Now, instead of being able to access his internet books, he's sending me his advertisement pages, trying to get me to pay for it again.
