Charges added to my 89 yr old mother's Sprint bill via my phone

I have no idea, unless through Facebook, where these companies may have snagged my information... I'm 54, my mother and I share a cell phone "shared" minutes with Sprint... Two 9.99 charges appeared on the March bill, we weren't sure about it, she spoke with sprint today, they removed the so-called memberships, said she wouldn't be billed for them anymore. Received her current bill today, it's STILL THERE...
