Vot12028: My day and week is planned around whatever work or volunteer work I'm doing. I have a large calendar over my desk, plus reminder capabilities on my cell phone. Most of my work is done in the morning, however, I'm usually awake late so if something needs to be done I can finish it.

Vot12028: For the past 10 years I have been in real estate. As you know, we are considered self employed. The company I work for lets us operate our business as a business. We do not have mandatory meetings, etc. That's one reason I have such a good office at home. My time and scheduling is my own and if I'm hired for this job, I can schedule any real estate around it.

Vot12028: Some accounting/bookkeeping. A lot of customer service and data entry. Before real estate, I was an executive assistant at a District level. All my previous positions involved data entry at some level.

Vot12028: Yes. The fax machine has a dedicated line. I also have a separate phone number for my home office.

Vot12028: I would like to be improving at whatever I'm doing. I really enjoy working from home, so I think that is my niche. Real Estate gives me interaction with all types of people, young, old etc. And I enjoy that. I think life is an ongoing learning experience and I intend to soak up as much as I can. I'm constantly looking to learn new things and improve on the things I already know. I would like to be happy in whatever position I'm in.

Vot12028: No, I'm sure I'm rusty. I do enter a lot of information in the computer, but it is not typing for speed. I used to type at 65 wpm, but I really don't know now.

Vot12028: I take a deep breath and go! I really do work well under pressure. I've had numerous positions with high pressure situations and have handled them well.

Price25: As for your duties, they will be as follows: Your Primary duties include: Preparation of Balance sheets (Mini), account balancing, invoicing recording, proper data analysis of sales records and recording pay slips into accounting database all these will be done through the use of the Accounting Software.
Secondary duties: Now, your secondary daily duties would be to report to your Supervisor, who would be attached to you online, He/She would assign logs of duty daily and you would be required to work according to instructions, using the Microsoft Office tools and the Accounting software. Now the function of the Accounting software is to arrange, formalize and manage the data you have processed, sent to your supervisor via E-mail.
