I purchased a security antivirus last October but it never worked. I cancelled last January but no refund. Was received

Last october, folllowing a warning red light interruption; from Total-Eliminator, I agreed to pay 61.40 USD for their antivirus security download but it never worked.in January I cancelled it and applied for a refund, which I was in their emal I would recveive in full. Dsite sevral emails to them te refund hasn't reached my account despite their epeated email saying that it was refunded in fulllon 01-20-04:13: 12.
