It's been over 8 months and they owe me money from a commercial I worked on

This Company is a rip off. Don't go to them... There are many good agencies in miami you can work for. These people will scam you. I have been waiting to get a check for a job I did 8 months ago. When I called to find out about a month and half ago... They said that the check was sent already... It was a lie and I never got it... I called back... No answer, I emailed... No respons until 2 weeks later I get a brief message apologizing and that they were working out the problem.
Exactly I am not sure what is the problem unless the funds have been utilized some how.
Until this date no answer
