Please help me retrieve my $350 from William Paul, one of three founders of GA First Rhematology Arthritis Center, 525 WestPark Drive, Peachtree City.
I met with William Paul in February. He claimed to have expertise knowledge of securing 501-C's. He charged $350.00 to prepare my initial paper work and promised delivery by February 6. To date he has not delivered my documents and he tells me that his board must approve the refund. He asks me to make the request in writing, I complied, he stated that he would mail it, he did not, now he says that he is too busy. Meanwhile, he boast that he has this brand new facility and he is the founder. I don't have legal fees to fight this giant, I just want my refund.
