Bad check an did return my tools

First he gave me a check it took me three days to get it it was dated 4/17. Monday went to the bank to cash it an no good. Called jimmy an told him i want all the money an he stills owes me for 33 hrs never got that money. So i called him an told him to give me all my money an my tools an he said go f myself. An tel this day the check is still no good. An he does not have a license. An he screwed the homeowners Ware i work for him. Reported him to the police an contractors board an labor board. An that #894949 the guy that has this number i reported him too so not hirer him to do you're a/c work an do not work for him he is a con Artus
