Recently the Feldman Law Center has been accused of several things on your blog that are untrue. Mr. Feldman would like you to remove these false statements. Feldman Law Center has absolutely NO AFFILIATION WITH FEDMOD or Apply2 Save.
I am not quite sure where you got this information but it is untrue and Mr. Feldman would like it removed immediately. Also, I see you have a past client on your blog that claims we did not deliver and he was not refunded. While Mr. Feldman makes a best effort on every case it's ultimately left up to the lender to modify the loan.
This client in particular claims we did not get him the principal reduction he wanted and insisted on a refund. We did however get him a 4.50% interest rate fixed for 5 years on a NON owner occupied property that was in foreclosure with INDYMAC Federal Bank, ALL the arrearages recapitalized and all the legal and late fees waived.
It is also known in the industry that Indy Mac does NOT modify investment properties and we got it done. Unfortunately that was not the best result for our client due to the fact the property was severely upside down so he decided to walk away.

We don't know, but maybe Greg's in the dark about FEDMOD, because his brother, Steven C. Feldman, uses the following signature block all over the internet in defense of his company and to accusations that Feldman Law Center is a scam:

As a matter of fact, on January 5, they wrote the following press release. If you go to the end of the press release, you'll see the signature block we wrote about above. Also, look at the keyword tags Feldman used to get the press release out into the PR Wire. And you Feldman boys, don't bother taking it down we have screen shots galore. To us, that's a pretty clear indication that Feldman Law Center is associated with FEDMOD and Federal Loan Modification Center. Of course they want to distance themselves (publicly, at least) from it as the FTC is cracking down hard.
