My father received a letter requesting $20.00 and he would be eligible for a portion of a $5,854, 000,000 class action suit. That's Billion! My father was so excited he was ready to send off his Social Security money to get his reward...
I got on the net and found several rip off reports about these people or should I say monsters... Deception is there game and the elderly is there targets...
This should be illegal... Sweepstakes and reward letters deceive the elderly into thinking that they have a chance to win or monetary gain by sending them $... They simply send a report of sweepstakes to be legal if even that, and a legal disclaimer on the back... Ridiculous!
Dear Pres. Obama,
This could be great if you would change this type of elderly deceptive rip off activity into a criminal act... My bank says it's running ramped throughout our country...
Time for a CHANGE!!! Our elderly folks need your protection...
These people changed their name from "Ostermann & O'Sullivan Claim Facilitation"or "Class Action Watchdog" to Lynch Galbraith Branley Claim Facilitation
Come on Hagerstown, MD check out what some of your con-artist are doing in your town... Linda K Branley is named on the Letter as Litigation Coordinator.
