In June I recieved a notification of class action suits where I might be eligible to be considered as part of the Class. They represent themselves as Claim Facilitators; and thus, they are searching for people to represent. Their apparent service is to search the Florida court system to see, if I must be eligible.
As with other scams, they first want $20 and do not identify any suit - anywhere. Upon trying to locate them... This was not possible. They do not maintain a phone listing in Naples, Florida with any operator or web site. They do not have their own web address. All of this was suspect, plus their original letter was completely in Spanish.
