My personal experience -
Ordered three BB Storm accessories on June 5.
First one mailed on June 16 (11 days later), only after I complained via email.
Second one mailed two weeks after that (25 days after order), only after I complained via email.
Third one still not mailed (August 10), after several email complaints. No response to email complaints. 1-800 customer service line has been disconnected. Regular telephone line has been "off hook" for some time.
