Shady business practices? They are a BBB member yet will NOT respond to a BBB complaint filed against them! Is it a cover up?

We filed a complaint to the BBB against PuppyFind.com, LLC for their allowance of slanderous false reviews against breeders, and PuppyFind.com, LLC would not respond back to the complaint. Do NOT believe the bad reviews on Puppyfind as they are almost always slanderous and false by people seeking revenge!!
