I went to mentor Tanline they try to get you to get you to the high package but they settle for the 19.95 a month. They try contantly to push their lotions & other products on you. If you want to up grade to other levels and pay a higher price but the same each month you can't. You can only buy a certain amount and then they give you so many points toward up grades.in the long run it will cost you a fortune.
Other place offer up grades and you can use differant beds each month for the same price. Then they want 2 weeks notice to cancle. I emailed in Jan. Stopped in Feb. Heard nothing then April 15th 76.$ was missing from my account. I went there and they said because I didn't sign a paper they kept taking it out.
Well they didn't Feb., March, and boom now its gone and their saying I might not get it back. I emailed corp.in Jan so I don't know how this company works. Then you have to concder that all their regular beds have weak bulbs you don't get tan. You have to up grade and most people don't have the money. They should just go to its the same price and you can up grade or Key West where I go thats a lujit place.
