I saw this enticing ad while reading e-mails. It promised to be free with a rebate and I figured for $4.99 I'd give it a try. It did say it would show up on my credit card for $54.99, under the name of ionline. I never got a rebate form, so I called the number on my billing info. Teresa said I need my packing slip, copy of my electronic billing info. And she canceled my membership.
I called the phone number off of the billing info, and was told they did not handle calls for that number, that number was not on their list. I e-mailed the company for advice and got a reply froma Craig Jeffers phone # 800-591-6383 with a e-mail link to get my rebate form. I've tried that link for 2 days and it does nothing, just blank.
What is so bad is my husband watched me order this and warned me, but I'd just received Lift SP from same company and thought it was O.K. But I 've been ripped off by them too - charged twice for $79.95. I did call and talked w/Matt who said I'd be refunded in 10 -12 days and gave me cancellation number and a rebate #. First he asked me if he reduced the amount to one half would I keep the membership, I told him I just wanted to try the serum not be a member. We'll see if I am refunded. I have learned my lesson!!
