Deceptive billing

I am constantly receiving additional charges for upgrades I did not order, this has been going on for over a year, I have a three year contract with AT&T that expires this June. Sometimes they will issue partial credit and somestimes no credit. And I was told that if I didn, t pay these additional charges that my phone service would be cancelled. AT&T has a choke hold on their customers. Beware beware beware!!!
