Please beware of eFax. Last year 2008 I told them not to charge my credit card again and was told that it wouldn't happen. This year I just get a 169.50 charge on my Bank card and when I called they (the call went to a foreign country as the person couldn't speak English)
I was told that if I cancelled they would still charge me the money.
80% of the eFax that I was getting was junk mail.
I am now forced to pay the money but was forced to cancel to keep them from charging me again next year.
This company is a rip off. Don't do business with them or give them your credit card. Because the product is unnecessarily difficult to cancel service. When I called and questioned, they told me that I had called too late and they would not reverse the charge.
This was even after my conversation with them last year about not charging my credit card again. Customers beware.
