I purchased waterbed conditioner in early March. I ordered 4 bottles because it was reduced from the regular price of $18.95 [a normal price] to only $11.99 each. That's a nice deal, but the conditioner I got was not reduced it is priced at $11.95 already, the price is imprinted on the label.
Also the site states that it is for fiber and foam but nowhere on the bottle does it say so. I have been buying waterbed conditioners for almost 30 years and specifically fiber conditioners for as long as they have been available for fiber bedsand the bottles always tell you they are for fiber as well as free flow. Actually, that is what makes them more expensive then free flow conditioners.
The website says the conditioner is good for 8-12 months. This bottle says it's good for 12-18 months. Didn't take a genius to see it wasn't what was advertized.
I thought it was just a mistake so I put in 2 tickets on the site - One to sales on 3/11 and another to support on 3/13. I got an email back from sales on 3/16 saying it was the correct conditioner and there was no other conditioner available. I immediately responded and explained further as to why I don't want it. I never got a response. I then filed a complaint with PayPal since I paid thru them and waited and no response there either. On April 8th I sent another email to the company and a week later still nothing.
