Im so upset with the horrific hair cut these Sunny Pet Shop people did on my puppy!!! Argh!!! These people don't know a thing about grooming dogs. My dog is now traumatized and really sad. Left instructions with a worker what i didn't want them to do but didn't listen or care because my dog looks like a family of rats nibbled all over my dog. Bad hair cut is not what im upset about, they BUZZED INSIDE his EAR, both PRIVATE AREAS and AROUND THE EYES so close (like its raw and bleeding) its hurting him.
All around his eyes are red and tearing... Im talking dripping. He doesn't walk or sit more than a few steps before he stops to lick the buzzed areas and rubs his eyes. Only 6 months old he just lays on his side and doesn't play around like he did before going to Sunny Pet Shop. When my husband picked him up and saw what they did and questioned them, she just flat out lied that she spoked with me and was doing what i asked her to do. Lie... Im going to take my dog to the vet first thing tomorrow and Sunny Pet Shop will hear from me! Oh and i will let the BBB hear about this awful business!!!
