This guy and his company knowingly rents properties owned by his partners that are 12-15 months in default, takes your rent and does not pay 1 penny to the bank.
He denies everything and plays dumb and blames the owner for everything, when the owners actually work for his company. If one was to deep digger i'm sure there would be all sorts of scams and fraud going on with his company.
Stay away.
