After promissing myself and two other individuals from the Atlanta area pay for working on the "Broken Leg" project, Bill Benston and wife Kenya Hicks defaulted on their wod and left us high and dry, Literally! We left Atlanta with Bill to venture to Miami to begin the first stage of filming for "Broken Leg". We were in Miami for almost 4 weeks, constantly moving and helping the production in all different capacities.
We filmed, drove, solicited product placement and anyting else logistically to help the project move along, all the while being told we would be paid. To make a long story short, we were used and were dropped back off in Atlanta pennyless, A WEEK BEFORE CHRISTMAS, as Bill continued on the tour. We haven't heard from him since.
This lying unproffessional idiot even had the nerve to tell us that we should secure product placement, as this will help us all get paid. That wasn't our functions from the start, and shouldn't have been a determining factor for getting paid. What a dismal Christmas it was for the 3 of us and our families!!! Thanks Bill... Thanks Kenya...
