I was amazed when I found this place and very excited that there was a company offering a service like this. My amazement and excitement was soon washed down the drain when I put the truck to work. $5000.00 exhaust system started rusting after only 72 days. Triple R claims they will go over the entire truck and replace anything that needs to be replaced as part of the money you pay. They fixed my radiator by putting "stop leak" in it. That cost me $1700.00 and five days sitting. The transmission was rebuilt and if inspected by Triple R they would have found it had play at the yoke. Play was there since it was rebuilt incorrectly. That was $1300.00 and two days sitting. I purchased new front and rear fenders. They were supposed to be painted prior to going on the truck. They were not and they were painted outside. Not only do they have overspray but they have debris under the paint from being painted under a tree. The showed me pictures of trucks being painted inside but come to find out it's not an actual booth so regardless the paint will be inferior. My paint after three months is all coming off already. The rear fenders were put on with the thinnest square tubing on the market. I made it 278 miles before they almost fell off. I had to buy new tubing thicker and hire someone to fabricate new hardware so they would not break off and be ruined. I paid $600.00 for a riser on the fifth wheel but all they gave me was a stock fifth wheel. I then had to spend another $1000.00 on a fifth wheel with a 4" riser since they failed me there too. Beware of their stereo guy. I only had the truck one month and the amp already went out. I called they gave me a new one. Problem with that is it only lasted another month. Now no one will answer my calls. I had the stereo system looked at and the reason the amp was going bad was the poor wiring and was shorting out. I had to have the entire system rewired, then buy a new amp since the amp company would only honor the warranty through who bought it. Too bad I could not get a hold of them. Same thing with the 359 headlights all chrome coming off already but can only have warranty honored through Triple R. This experience has cost me more than it was worth. Don't let their nice website cool pictures and slick talk fool you. They will explain to you about any and all complaints that the person just did not know what they were doing like they did me. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and am now in the same place as the other people. They have only reimbursed me $940.00 to date. They are accredited with the BBB but when I filed on them they did not reply. They have washed their hands with me and moved onto their next victim's. Just remember you read this if you deal with them and ignore me. I warned you and hope you did not become another victim as I was.
