My son is staioned in Iraq when he asked me to order some wheels and rims from The Wheel Connection, I did and it was suppose to take only 10 days to receive them, we are now in March and I cancelled this order on 1/22/09 since we had'nt received them as of yet, on 2/19/09 I was told I was to fill out a form to do this and they would fax to me, this wasn't done and in the meantime numerous phone calls between each date getting no where has led me to your site, I keep being told it's being worked on and my son comes home on the 6th of this month ad I still don't have his money in his account yet??? BBB was informed and they couldn't help because the merchant never responded.
