On Feb 14th I bought a rocketa 200 motorcycle from atvdiscounter.com, tly I did go ripoff report to see if there was anything on this company before I bought... But I spelled the company wrong. I went ahead and bought this bike from doug who was just so nice to take my payment and couldnt push it through quick enough but when I called him back to ask a question after I purchased he was so short with me. I knew something was up. Next day typed in correct spelling on rip off and I thought I was going to be sick. I could not believe how many entries!!! I called my bank to cancel purchase but i ws a day too late! The bank said maybe you will be one in a million. Yeah right! Bike was delivered in one of the special wooden boxes... Lol yeah!!! It was in a metal crate that was all broken with metal strapps and a cardboard box covered it. Metal straps broken all over cuts on seat, scratches on all plastic and metal all plastic broken only windshield in tact. Missing front fender and assembly to put bike together, battery dead took many pictures and sent it to them and have not been able to talk to anyone... Unreal!!! The ticket system is a joke, you call and never get a call back. It cost me 300.00 to have a dealer put my bike together so I am out of 300 plus the price of bike!!! And it still does not run right battery will not hold a charge, bike is compleatly damamged as well as the shift sticks... Please people!!! Do not buy from this company!!! I have a motorcycle that i am not able to ride and it is sitting in my garage just waiting to be picked up by atv discounters. Yeah right!!! I am sure this bike was someone elses headache. Worst customer service,!!! These people should not be in business!!!
