Please note the Bar Association representative has just confirmed that the complaints of Glen Butler and Fairley Flynn in 1994 have resulted in a Bar reprimanding of Mr Tim Vanagas.in addition, in 2000 Mr Vanagas was issued a suspension of 120 days. Presently there is another pending investigation into Mr Vanagas submitted by a Mindy Sue Moranville as of 2008 and I have been informed that another is potentially pending for this will be the 3rd matter it appears at minimum for Mr Vanagas.
