Do not hire Jeremy Justus for any job he might apply for, if you know what's good for you. This guy is a severe alcoholic and smokes constantly instead of working. He hardly ever works due to his habits and whines all the time.
He will misrepresent your company on his own accord and lie to the customers just to make a buck. Then if he quits or gets fired he will try to extort money from you. Believe me, all he cares about is the almighty dollar.
