Gave my credit card to this place a few weeks ago and never got my texdeductible recipt I was promised. I havent got anything from these hoep4heroes people. My tax preparer said call the IRS to check out hope4heroes.org. The IRS lady searched high and low looking for this 501c3 filing. She found the hope4heroes place but theyre not recoginized 501c3 Nonprofit not tax exempt
So I call the number back to the number that was given to me by the fellow who took my credit card number for this supposed taxdeductible donation and a man answering the phone said "they are not hope4heroes.org that company was owned by Vic Luebker in San ANtonio Texas. This company got a contract deal from Luebker to raise funds for Hoep4heroes.org though stopped the whole operation when they didn't get paid from the hope4heroes guy. Hope4heroes is being investigated".
This guy was telling me story after story about this place they check hope4heroes with the IRS, Texas Secretary, and theyre "not" filed taxexempt anywhere. The owner of Hope4heros Vick Luebker told the fundraising company "Fire all the vets they hired to raise funds because the weren't raising large enough money for him to mess with".
This fire the vets working to help this hope4heros place info made me feal taken.
People heres the clencher, heres whats got me fuming the scam this fundraiser guy says the contract deal Luebker and hope4heros was for over HALF of MY MONEY or any donations to go to the fundraisers. The websites hope4heroes has up is malarkey. 80 of the dollar going to vets. Its not true its all goes into this Vick Luebkers pocket.
The reason this guy at the fundraiser company was telling me all this info hes "a Vietnam Vet, who was mislead too paid money out his own pocket to help start this and then found out the Vick Luebker guy is a RipOff doesn't even pay the vets working to generate money instead Hoep4heros said fire them" He said to quote him on this.
I called my credit card company cancelled the credit card don't want to take chances on this whole place.
Percentage of money helping the vets and the taxdeduction was why i gave and here this scam gets money out of people dumb enough to fall for this.
Im a proud father of a son who served in Desert Storm. Unsure about this scam Vick luebker and hope4heores is up to Its all horsecrap!
