BeRankedNumber1.com started billing my account back in 7 for $119.00 a month. I tried to cancel my service about 4 months after by calling, and using an online cancellation form attached to the website. I tried this same process for almost 4 months until i got upset and decided to call my bank and ask them to block the charges coming from Net Professionals LLC.
Bank Of America told me on the phone they could not block the charges from one single company. They told me I had two options. 1. Cancel my debit card. 2. Do a charge back. That a charge back would block them from trying to bill me any longer. I have everything attached to my debt card including but not limited to my power bills, water, cell phone, home phone, cable, internet, car payments, & car insurance to name a few. Canceling my debt card was not an option in my eyes. I tried again to contact the company telling them to please cancel my service.
Once i received yet another charge on my credit card i have had it at this point. I called Bank Of America and asked them to charge back giving the reason that no matter how many times I tried to get this company to cancel my service, they would not stop billing me.in my charge back report Bank of America responded by saying they could not get in contact with the merchant and has no other option but to give me my money back.
Guess whats next.net Professional LLC or BeRankedNumber1.com then decides to file and send a collection company after me for the money I charged back. I contacted the company and explained my story to them and they told me I'm out of luck! This is not about the money yet the fact I tried my hardest to stop from doing a charge back.
