Unauthorized deduction of money from Visa bank account card

I have had 12 dollars deducted from my bank account for 2 months that was unauthorized by me. I had made no purchesses to warrant this activity. I cannot access their website for some reason. Not that I expect to recieve any thing from them since they are scamming everyone. Can anyone stop this so no one else will be victimized?
