I have had problems with this bank since I opened my account (2 years) I actually think its genius they have a computer program that does their dirty work so the employees stay clean. They hold transactions to put larger, later made payments through first so anything pending will overdraw so I pay $37 for a cup of coffee even if I hadn't used the card in days and I think I will bounce 1 item magically I had 5 things pending that they charge me $35 I would rather a $25 returned check fee. This is how they maximize the fees though.
They cleared a check for $250 when I clearly had insufficent funds and bounced the other 6 things still pending and now the rude guy at this particular location just is so smug and condescending arguing with me when I say I haven't used my card in days he says "yes you did"
and when I say the card is declined when the acct. Is overdrawn he says "no it isn't" smiling like an a! #hole I hope someone out there can knock this place down like they need to be I guess I don't make enough money to matter
even if you do make good money please do not bank here!
