06/12/09 I began a reservation online & had to complete it on the phone. Around 6:20pm est, I spoke with Rick. He represented Hotwire as a very underhanded organization. After 3 (three) requests I spoke to Supervisor: Mike 0114, He was no better. I'm noy even sure it was a manager. I was told that I had two options, either way I wouldn't be able to get a refund. Money for me is valuable, what I paid was ALOT for ME! I've used them before however, I will NOT RENT FROM HOTWIRE EVER AGAIN.
