On Friday the 20th of March, my husband and I went to the local classifieds on the Internet to find a puppy for our family. My husband came across Two, 12 week old English bulldog puppies, by the names: eddie and haily. I quickly responded to the email address the add had given me. Within 30 min. I received an email from: Ndi Theophile
Mr. Theophile responded and said that his deceased wife wanted the puppies, and that he could no longer care for them, because he was now working Monday threw Saturday and had no time to care for the puppies. Ndi Theophile then asked me Questions. Like, do I have children? Do you have a back yard, are you a breeder? Am I married? What is your working condition? What's your whole names, address, and phone number?! Unfortunitly, I emailed him back, and pleaded my case!
Telling Mr. Theophile that there was no other family suited for these two beautifull puppies! Nod Theophile then sent my more pictures of the bulldog puppies (eddie and haily). Mr. Theophile then went on to tell me that they puppies weren't free anymore, and that he was going to send over their papers with them, and that they had their vaccines up to date etc. He told us that he was only going to charge us $200 for their papers, and that was it! Mr. Theophile went on to tell us that he was from the North Western region, Republic of Cameroon, and proceeded to tell us that he was going to send the puppies to use after he recieved the $200 dollars from western union. He also states that the puppies would be here in 8 hours.
Fourtunately! My husband and I start asking questions... We emailed him back, and asked him to sendis his name and address, phone number and proof of confirmation, that he had already bought the puppies their tickets! Mr. Theophile called me twice and assured me that we would receive eddie and haily! He kept asking us when we were going to send the Money. I told him I would email him back after my husband and I disgust it! 20 minutes later I emailed Ndi Theophile and told him that it was 10 pm our time and that western union wasn't open.
However, we could send the money to him in the morning. Fourtunitly, I was looking on the Internet to see what time it was there, and I came across you guys and saw the same exact address as to what Ndi Theophile had given me! I have emailed Mr. Ndi Theophile back twice, and he has not responded to me. He refuses to answer important questions, and would not give us a current street address!
