Billed money to my at&t account, i'm disabiled veteran and on a budget

I reported this 3 months ago that I did know what this was and they are still adding money to my AT&T ACCOUNT I'm a disabled veteran anda on a budget and this company owes me over $30.00 ($39.96). And I want them to know that I will be turning them into the Better Business Bureau TODAY. Taking advantage of people who don't understand will pay for it in the end! @
