DONOT join company named RIZ Global Technologies, Pittsburgh, PA who are looking for H1B sponsorship / transfer. He is the worst then worst employer I have ever come across. There are various reasons as follows
1. Employer does not give H1 Visa documents not even copy of it and official paystubs. (Which are required if you want to transfer your visa or if you are going for visa stamping.)
2. Does not provide any documents such as Labour certificate, employment letter. (may be needed for future reference/GC.)
3. Employer did not pay my salary for the months also doesn't pay ontime.
4. Employer doesn't give W2 that is needed to file your taxes. He may not have paid taxes for the money paid to me!
5. Employer never supports but creates road blocks for your background verification.
6. Company management is poor, no respect to employees. Treat you like a slave.
Donot join this company.
