Mri Overseas Property - DCC
Failed to pay rentals, deposit. Won't say where keys are

After buying our property through MRI we thought it would be a good idea to join there rental programe. With this in mind we decided to purchase our rental package through MRI, which took over 8 months and numerous phone calls to complete.

Rentals were to say the least sparse, we did get paid for a couple of weekend breaks but still have not been paid for a month long stay for one of their executives and a week long booking in September which we only found out about because we have a visitor book and both guests had put entries in it.

Despite e-mails and phone calls without number we still have not had the owing rental or our refundable deposit returned, nor can we find out where our keys are.
Given our experiance we would advise anyone thinking of using MRI / DCC NOT to.
