On 12/19/08 my girl friend ordered a cannon from cannon-mania and expected cannon about 12/30/08. After 3 weeks, I called and asked about the delay, I received e-mail informing me of back order.in January sent 3-4 e-mails asking about my order and received no response.in February My girl friend notified American Express and we received refund on her credit card! Other than that we never received any contact from this individual. I'm glad we used American Express card!
