On 01/09/08 my credit card was billed $3,228.30 for a cannon I ordered through Cannon-Mania.com. It is the begining of AUGUST and I still have not recieved my cannon. My emails and phone calls have gone unanswered until this week when I was told it was going to be another "couple of weeks". I want my money returned and said this to David Ross, the owner of cannon-mania.
I looked into the BBB and he has 27 complaints in the last 36 months and only 6 were closed in the last year. Well, now there are 28 since I filed mine.
I am also filing a complaint with the FBI & Internet Crime Dept (www.IC3. Gov), along with the local authorities in Stratford CT. I will be also pursuing this through the court system.
I have seen other complaints made again this company. So buyer beware!
