I ordered Acai Berry Edge free trial on January 27. I received the shipment and began taking it. Of course it did not do anything. I looked at my Bank account and saw a $79.90 charge on February 18. I figured I was just screwed out of the money because the 21 day trial was up. So I am checking my account today and saw another charge of $69.90 pending. I called their 800 number and started to explain my story to the lady, in the middle of my sentence she tranfered me to someone else. This guy answered the phone and I started to explain how I didn't authorize this charge to my account and I requested a refund of the $69.90. He told me that it had been past 45 days and there was no way to receive a refund. Plus he said the product is on the way to my house and there was no way to return the product. I was in disbelief and I told him that I was unhappy with this product, it doesn't work and I just want to cancel the order and receive my refund. He didn't care and just said the same thing in addition he stated that I supposdly had read the terms and agreement and that I had signed up for the automatic billing (which I have no clue about), he couldn't do anything about it. Then I told him I would like to speak to manager. He was stutering as he replied well you have to wait awhile. I said I don't care I want to speak to someone above you. Then he said that the manager is just going to tell you the same thing, then he said there was no manager. I said you just said I could wait for one, and now you are telling me there is no manager? Then he said well you have to wait. I said I don;t care if I have to wait, I want to speak to a manager! So he put me on hold. A few minutes later he came on the phone and said there was no manager. So we went back and forth about that and then he statred yelling at me saying that their company is not a fraud and he is not a liar. Now I am thinking, why is he getting so defensive, I never told him they were a fraud at this point, after that I told him I was going to dispute this transaction. What do you know, he hung up on me! By the way I got his name and employee number (which is probaly fake), it is, Micheal 112.
