I stayed at the Days Inn in Valdosta, GA (6/22/09). I assume I was given a room that is used for travelers with pets. When I got to my room I was called from the front desk and asked if I had a pet. "NO", I replied. After I checked out and got home I looked at my bill and realized I was charged $10.00 for a pet anyway. I called the hotel and was told the amount would be credited to my debit card. It wasn't. I called a second time after a day or two and was told the same thing, "they just credited my account $10.00. It never happened. Where to I go from here to get my $10.00 back - BBB?
