Completion, Proceedings This so called company claims that you have won 2.5 million dollars and all you have to do is send them 20 dollars!

This company is called Completion/Proceedings located at 295 Greenwich St. Suite 351 in New York, NY 10007-1049. These cold hearted people send you a letter that looks real saying that you have won 2.5 million dollars.

They say that to claim the money, all you have to do is send them 20 dollars payable to P.T.R.O. Total Rip OFF!!
