I do not really know how to go about filing a report such as this. I am simply adding the faxes I sent to Homelife Trust, Inc. I think this might be sufficent to explain the situation.

On Tue. 03/03/09 I opened a checking and a savings account at TCF Bank in Chicago, Il. Using the grant/prize check on the claim number 7083. This was in response to your suggestion.

As soon as this clears and I receive my checks and debit card I will send the F.A.T. Fees associated with and required by this claim.

If it would not be too much bother could you please send me an e-mail detailing the exact information I need to send these fees and how it should be done?

Also, would it be possible to have the final check directly deposited to my checking account. I ask this because I am usually not at home during the day and you can be sure that I would not like to miss the delivery. If this is not possible, would it be possible to have the check sent to the place I am currently working?

If neither of these alternatives is viable please inform me and I will make arrangements to be at home when the delivery is to be made.

This Fax is an attempt to straighten out claim number 7083. My bank has informed me that they have put a hold on the check you sent to me. According to them it will not clear until 03/18/09, if then.
This may cause several problems. Some for me and some for you the agency needing to collect F.A.T. Fees for this claim. The obvious problem for your agency is that you will not be able to collect your fee. My problem is also obvious and need not be stated here.
It is my sincere hope that this will not adversely effect my claiming this grant.
Would it be possible for someone from your agency to call my bank (TCF) and straighten this confusion out? I am enclosing the telephone number and U.S. Mail address for the local office where I opened my accounts. Also included are other maybe pertinent numbers for TCF Bank.
According to your letter to me my claim must be filed by 03/12. Does this mean simply making my claim with you or does it mean all business must be finalized?
I am sending as well a copy of my last fax requesting information on sending your fees and enclosing my e-mail and cell. Ph. No.

I need to inform you that I am through playing this silly game. I have tried repeatedly to get an answer from you as to what might be going on with this claim.
My research on the internet has shown me that your group has several complaints against it for misleading or maybe even defrauding the public.
You should know that I am sending a report to the Better Business Bureau regarding this entire incident with all the information I have. This information includes my faxes to your company and your letter to me with a copy of the supposed check I received. Yes, I photocopied the check. I keep records of everything that could be of any significance.
My bank has shut down my accounts, both savings and checking due to your bogus check. I may be able to remedy the situation but, it will not be easy. Needless to say I am extremely unhappy with the actions of Homelife Trust, Inc.
Please be advised that if it turns out that I might have a lawsuit, I will pursue it to the very end and for all it might be worth.
Should this not be the case, I will still do all in my power to see that you are prosecuted for anything and everything you could possibly be prosecuted for.
I will volunteer everything I know about your company as well as every correspondence between your company and myself. Remember I keep records and/or copies of virtually everything.
Since Susan Robert is the only person I have had the displeasure of speaking with at Homelife Trust, Inc. She is going to be the first person I mention when making my complaints to whoever might listen.
I am more than agitated; I am very, very upset! You have made me feel stupid and tarnished my reputation! This is not acceptable!
