Home stlye trust inc. As they claim to be is nothing more than a rip off corporation. They sent out letters claiming "you won some sort of grant money due to you shopping at local stores that every one shops at"."the grant money" is in the thousands and they send you a fake check to deposit in your account. Then they tell you that you have fees that must come out the check and that they must recieve that money before giving you th rest of your money.
I got scamed by these so called " grant givers" i did as they said placed the check in my account and two days later i have all kinds of fees. I had to pay back all those fees and the company didn't pay me back at all. They are a scam they want you to do this in a certain amount of time so they can track your bank account and take your money. They calll these " grants unclaimed money for randomly selected people. They also send you out a final notice letter even if it's the first notice, they do this because most people respond to final notices.
They also give you a person name to send this money to once the check clears or someone trys to steal money from your account. I am sure that they got many people with this scam. Many people lost there life savings from this scam corporation. I got out only with fees to pay to the bank and now my credit is bad because i didn't have the money to pay them.
Something must be donr to stop people like this from stealing and taking advantage of people who need grants and loans. Also last but not least they tell you to keep the letter confidential so that no one will be able to catch on to there scam.
My advice always get a second opinion and go with you first gut feeling. If something doesn't feel right then its notg right.
