Kenneth Wayne Martin is a dead beat, I would say dead beat dad, but he cannot even be classified as a dad. He was a very physically and emotionally abusive husband. Because of this I decided it best take my young daughter out of this situation. She is now 7 and 1/2 yrs old. I left "dead beat" when she was 18 mos. Old. I didnt not take any action torwards child support until she was almost 3. At the time he was living in Myrtle Beach, SC. I was working, he probably was not, he never did while we were together.
While i was working, he had come back to NC to visit his mother, he kidnapped my our daughter while in town and took her back to NC. There was nothing I could do... Can you believe that. My daughter, who I was caring for and supporting on my own, and the sherrifs said there was nothing I could do. I came home from work and found a note on the door saying i would never see her again. I was frantic and scared and really starting to go delirious... Fortunatly the people he was staying with in SC new this was wrong and they actually had morals. They contacted me and told me they were bringing her back home. She was home the next day.
While she was there she caught a cold and cried a whole lot. "dead beat" couldnt stand it. They also told me that he wouldnt feed her or change her diaper. Thank god for the good samaritans of this world, I dont know what i would have done without them. Anyway, Kenneth Wayne Martin was court ordered to pay child support in the amnt of 130 $ a month, no big deal, well, since the order he has not paid a dime.
He has moved back to nc and as far as i know has not worked a day since. I have confronted Child support enforcement on 2 seperate occasions and even drew a map how to get to his mothers residence. They have not been able to locate him at all. I am really not concerned with the monies, because I will provide for my daughter and make sure that she is brought up with the best morals that i can teach to her.
If you ever have the oppurtunity to employee Kenneth Wayne Martin, Born in Henderson NC on 7/6/1969, be aware that he has a child he is not supporting, he does not deserve anything. If you do employ him, make sure that you take taxes out on him, do not pay him under the table or in my eyes you are an accomplice to his crime.
Yes, I made a mistake by ever marrying this idiot, but I wisened up real quick and made a mad dash. I do have a beautiful smart and talented daughter from this realtionship. That I will raise my self. Please report Mr Kenneth WAyne Martin to NC Child Support Enforcement if you know his whereabouts or if you here he is employed.
