This company is a rip off. Ms. Kathleen Hailey phoned me and told me that they got my phone number from another web site. She said that i was pre - approved for a loan of 4,000, and that i had to sign some paper work and secure my loan because my credit was not that good. I had to western union 450.00 to Omar Sales to secure my loan. She told me that my loan would be dispersed by 4:00pm. When i called later on because my funds were not dispersed and asked for Ms. Kathleen they told me that she was pushing some funds through. The next day i got a call from a Mr. Morgan and he told me that he was the supervisor that was over my loan and that my funds would be dispersed no later than 4:00pm that evening. My funds were never there. So i called him back and he said that the lender had a problem with my credit and that he had a meeting to meet with anew lender. I take it that he meet with the new lender and tried to get me to send an additional 450.00, but i said no and requested a refund. He told me that the refund would take 30 days.
After about 2 weeks something told me to call him back and he said that he never processed my refund because he did not know that i wanted a refund. So he said that he processed it, 30 days later nothing. So i kept calling and they started to get nasty and told me not to call them anymore to call Mr. Morgan. Sometimes i got him and sometimes i got the answering service. Here it is 5 months later and still nothing.
