Ii visited the site of homekeeper usa and entered all my information and got a phone call and spoke to john rubino who told me, we can help with your home, i was only 2 mo. Behind but never in danger of foreclosure. He told me "do not pay your mortgage company" until we get this resolved. This is the time to take care of all your bills and so forth. This process is only 30-45 days. Well we went into our 4th month with no results. Then i never get a returned phone call, email etc. I get a call from some lady named lisa in loss mitigation who says she needs more information, the same stuff i have already submitted. But what is great now, since the beginning of this my mortgage was sold to another company, 4 mo.into this dealings they call me and tell me they need a new authorization form because my mortgage was sold. What??? They were never dealing with my current or past mortgage company after all this time? It took them this long to find this out after i kept sending them faxes with letters from my current mortgage company about my mortgage. Then i finally speak to lisa who tells me she has been dealing with my sps (old mortage company) who assured her that all my paperwork was transferred, no shit. Transferred 4 months ago. Then she is asking more, more, more. Now after 5 months still no progess and my home is now in foreclosure. I called my mortgage company up and they are working with me for guess what??? No fee. Homekeeper usa will not even give me my money back, they are liar, thieves, scam artist and so much more i can't even write on this report. I am contacting everyone they are associated with to let them know what they really are. Word of advice. Work with your mortgage company, they are really there to help..
