Auction Website: www.liquidation.com
Auction Title: NORTH FACE DENALI WOMEN'S JACKETS - $5100 RETAIL
Seller: rdealz
On February 6, I bid on (quantity 30) North Face Denali and Nuptse jackets on Liquidation.com auction website and won the bid for a total price of $2815.85 (including outrages shipping cost and commision).

After thoroughly inspecting these jackets, it became apparent that the so called' authentic merchandize are in fact counterfeits. The materials used, workmanship and label/tags are noticeably not authentic.

These jackets were advertised on Liquidation.com website for bidding as North Face jackets which is in violation of The North Face trademarks in addition to misrepresentation and deceptive advertisement.

I have disputed this transaction via Liquidaton.com website dispute forms, telephone conversations and direct e-mail and faxes for resolving this issue. They asked for pictures as proofs which I provided many depicting these jackets laying next to identical but authentic Denali and Nuptse jackets at the REI store.

I asked Liquidation.com to arrange these items be returned for full refund. They wanted time to investigate.

On March 6 I receive an e-mail from Liquidation.com that they Denied my dispute, and that the jackets are authentic per seller, rdealz.

After doing more research on the Web, I discovered that this is not the first time for this company to misrepresent items they sell.

In addition to these jackets during the same period, I purchase bulk electronic items, which in return I received large percentage of salvaged, non-working or even missing products from their boxes and container.

I have spent over $7200.00 with Liquidation.com and received nothing more than mostly throw-away junks and counterfeits. This is not the first time they do so while hiding behind their bogus disclaimers.

I purchased these merchandizes to sell on eBay and now I am stuck with mostly salvaged and counterfeits.

They have been reported to FTC, BBB, FBI, Consumer Affairs, and Office of Attorney General, which I dont' believe will get any results.

In conclusion, a multimillion dollar pirate ship is sailing in our own backyard with Better Business Bureau mark of credibility (quite an irony).
