I have been dealing with pete and just wanted to warn people of his deceptive practices. He is a liar, a fraud and hides behind david stewart his buddy from pebblebrook homes llc. They are ripping people off in wisconsin and buying houses in legigh acres, florida to hide it. Beware, becarefull and be very cautious with either of them.
